Access Not Configured. Please use Google Developers Console to activate the API for your project
Solution
Went to Google Developer Console removed all "Referrers" in the key generation section ( you must see "Any referrer allowed" ) and regenerated the "key", since i was testing from a local dev server
Then i got "keyExpired" error, an error which disappeared after 3 minutes, as expected probably because of distributed propagation of newly generated key
